A nice crisp lagerStarted this kit last month. Added 1kg Brew Sugar. Brewed short to 20 litres. OG was 1042, pitched the tiny packet of yeast (5g) that came with the kit at 22°. Set the Inkbird to 20°. After 3 days the fermentation still hadn't started, so I added a packet of Wilko's yeast and within a couple of hours it was bubbling constantly. It came out at 4.9% AVB, and it tastes great. Would of given it 5 stars but for the tiny packet of yeast that didn't work. |

A great lagerBrewed at 22 C using a brewhouse lager enhancer which consisted of dextrose, light dry malt extract , maltodextrin and Dr Rudi Hops. Used Saflayer S-23 yeast. Turned out great. My partner who is not a great beer drinker thoroughly enjoyed this. Not to far off from Corona or Sol. Would definetely brew again. |

Nice easy drinkingI brewed this with #15 Brewcraft Brew Enhancer and added 500g Japanese Blonde Malt. Used tin yeast and dry enzyme under lid. Brewed at about 20 degrees. This is the best Cerveza I have done to date, I have found my earlier attempts to clone a Corona/Sol but found they didn't match up. I think the addition of the japanese malt makes this a better beer, it came out light in colour and crystak clear and is very close to Corona/Sol. Could almost be my standard house beer in summer. Great with lemon/lime. Might try this again with kaffir lime leaves and chilli! |

good lager, not mexicanBrewed as per kit instructions, but used brewcraft enhancer and a lager yeast (can't remember which - saflager?). It's a thoroughly drinkable lager, but not at all like I expected - I was hoping for something a little like Sol or Corona. |

so far so promisingTrying to emulate pure blonde. Made with kit, BE2, 12g pride of ringwood - dry enzyme and s-05. Out of the fermenter it was promising - how heres to hoping that fermentation has actually finished becuase of hte dry enzyme. will post back after a few weeks when its worth tasting! |

A great drop! Zesty finish with a hint of citrus, excellent on hot days. I use SafLager yeast, with 500gm dextrose, 500gm light malt. Pitch the yeast at around 22C and try to keep temp to low end of scale. I've done this brew several time and in the last batch added 1 1/2 tsp of ground coriander to the mix, it added a hint of spice to the brew. |
