kangohammer mommaDrinking now. Smells like a Nun when you're 41 (phys), mentally 12 (4real). Psyched, no returns. A matron's backside, bootyfull, but chilly with a hint of eat your face about it. First time I tasted this I reached down and goosed myself. This beer is the cool breeze before a nasty domestic. |

A fine exampleMade with 600g LMDE, 200g dex and 200g maltodextrine, 20g Fuggles steeped for 10 mins added to fermenter. Used an english Windsor ale yeast and fermented at 19c for 7 days. Kegged and drinking beutifully 4 days later. It's a little dark for a Newky but the taste is just about spot on. Has a nice creamy head and is going down far too easily. Highly recommended. |

Sweet & nuttyMade with 1.5kg Morgans Amber Malt Extract and a Fuggles hop tea bag. Fermented a little high initially, but has turned out very well nonetheless. Sweet, nutty flavours with toffee and caramel hints, very smooth drinking with a great coffee coloured head. Good stuff. |
