1st attemptBrewed as per kit instructions, except used bc wheat enhancer 1kg. Seemed bland right up until I tried the last bottle 5weeks in(no self control)So put a 2nd trial on, 1kg wheat enhancer 600g dextrose, orange peel/coriander pack. Kit yeast 23c 7days ferment. Very drinkeable after 1 week, so has gone into storeage. Very keen to experiment with strength/extra flavour. Must try. |

Kolsch StyleBrewed this one with a partial mash. Kit plus 2kg pilsner malt + 0.5kg vienna malt mashed for one hr. yeast WB06. 23 litres. OG 1.034. 3.6%ABV after 5 weeks, good carbonation. Lite taste. Have it with a slice of lemon. One of the best brew to date. If you stir up the yeast at the bottom of the bottle tasted like a hoegaarden. |

Coopers Pale Ale CloneMy first toucan. Brewcraft Wheat plus a can of generic lager brand. 21 litres. OG 1.044 Bottled. First month too bitter. after 3 months very good carbonation. Nice creamy head. Very fine bubbles. Tasted like coopers pale ale. Best clone I've made. |

FantasticThis was the 1st home brew I ever made (tasted a mates a week earlier, thought i would have a crack) I just followed the instructions, used a mix of 600g glucose / 400g malt /200g corn syrup and just used the yeast provided. Brewed around 22 degrees for 3 weeks. Tried after 2 weeks in the bottle, wasnt real excited, every couple of weeks tried again, it got better and better, after 3 months it was AMAZING!!!! Will be doing again soon. Note; my mate used the saf wheat yeast and his was overly fruity, a little bit too much i reckon...mine was much smoother. |

Nice and easyEasy as, just used the kit yeast and Brewcraft Bavarian Wheat Beer Enhancer. Brewed at the high end of the temp range 26-28ish. Turned out very drinkable and has improved with age. Currently the wife's favourite. Darker than a true to style weisen but it could've been an old can (never checked the best before date). |

Success! Finally I have had success homebrewing a German Wheat beer in the Erdinger/Paulaner style. Brewed with this kit, the Brewcraft German Wheat converter sugars pack and a SAF Brew WB-06 Wheat Beer Yeast and keep it nice and stable at 20oC. Bottled it with Coopers sugar drops and put it down for 1 month. Drinking beautifully, with trademark fluffy head, slight cloudiness and definite distinctive German wheat beer aromas and taste. Have tried the same with a few kits including Blackrock and Muntons, admittedly without the SAF WB yeast, but it has not even come close to this effort with only minimal aromas/flavours, weak head and going very clear. Will definitely be trying the same again. |

Bavarian by the bookI banged out a couple of these without messing them up beyond uspecialising the beyond basic yeasts. The bavarian Wheat style wasn't something I was familiar with prior to chucking these together but definitely a good one. The tart of a wheat beer balanced with a good manly malt profile, not like those fruity cloudy hoegarden-type wheat beers. A great summer drop, crisp, clear, sharp and refreshing. |
