Just like the real thing!

Brewed with the Coopers Sparkling Ale kit. Put the brew down just before going to the US and on return the taste easily rivals the american pale ales (Anchor, Sierra Nevada, Sam Adams) I had been enjoying overseas. Have since been impressing friends with this fantastic brew. Highly recommended.
