I don't get itSorry, team, I found this stuff quite unremarkable. Personal taste? Faultless and smooth, malty (like all Muntons) and quite dull. Great head but it reminds me of drinking Snowcap creaming soda. |

Smooth as CreamI rate this kit highly. Made with Light DME, crystal malt, Fuggles hops and Safale yeast. Beautiful deep reddish colour, balanced flavours and tight lasting head. Drinks beautifully fresh and is getting smoother with bottle age. A classic pint. Go on, give it a shot! |

Real Irish/English flavourUsed this kit with 500g light dry malt and 600g of amber dry mix (barley and wheat malts, dex, corn syrup, sucrose). 250g Crystal grain hot steeped was added and strained with 15g fuggles. Used Safale S04 and temps ranged from 18-23 degrees for 8 days. Tasted great almost immediately but the hops were not necessary as the kit shines on its own. The hops will be handy as it ages though. Excellent at four weeks but will be a killer in four months! |

Meets expectationsMade with 1.5kg liquid amber malt, 20g Progress hops and 12g Nottingham yeast. Fermented at 19c for 7 days and drinking nicely out of the keg straight after gassing. It's a very authentic brew with huge flavour and just enough bitterness from the progress. I was expecting a lot from the brew as this is my favourite style and it has delivered. |
