nice pale aleBrewed as per instructions with 200g crystal malt. I bit bitter when young. I cant comment on the quality after 4 weeks as I had drank it all! Will brew this one again but probably at 20-21L for a bit more flavor and alcohol content. Nice pale ale. |

Plenty HoppyAdded 500g LME and 25g Cascade hops with supplied yeast to 22 litres. Very hoppy initially, with lovely pine/citrus flavours. Found it to be very heady but a really good quality kit, especially for any "hopheads". |

HeavenThis is one of the best kits I've done, straight up 3kg can, safale us-56, 20litres. Brewed at 20 degrees. Primary 7 days, secondary 5 days. Kegged and drinking now. Little creatures eat your heart out! |

Good stuffMade up using directions - 3kg can made up to 23L. Primary @17C for 8 days. Racked to Secondary with 5g Gelatin, dryhopped with 10g Willamette and 15g Simcoe, secondary @22C for 5 days. Primed with 150g sugar and bottled. Quite a good drop in the style of Little Creatures PA- however the bitterness is quite high for a kit, probably around the 40IBU+ mark. Adding some Simcoe seems to have given it a very distinct pine-citrus style aroma that goes well with the kit's Cascade. |

Sensational - hop heavenChuck in 20gms Cascade in cup of boiling water for 15 mins. Put this in primary with Kit and US56, top up to 23l. 7 days primary at 18 degrees. Handfull of Cascade in secondary at 18 degrees. 7 days secondary, bulk prime 150gms white sugar...I was drinking this at day 10 in the bottle. Absolute hop explosion. The greener the better. Sensational. All 27 longnecks gone after 3 weeks!!!! Far better than the APA Fresh Wort. Cheers Steve |
