impressedI brewed as per instructions. It is only my 4th brew. Brewed for 10 days with country brewers body brew mix. Bottled using brown sugar direct from sugar mill. Two weeks in and it has really impressed me. I recommend giving it a go. Good flavour |

InconsistentI've made this to recipe three times and every time it's been a very different colour and a very different flavour and only once did it turn out well. Not impressed. |

Nice ColourTried this recently as a base for a very light APA. Added heaps of Cascade hops, end result was a bit light on body, but I did fill to 24-25 litres so that would be my fault. Great colour however, and would recommend all the Wals kits i have tried. Not as full of hops as the bitter or the Wheat, but they were definately there. |

Good BaseWas brewed as a Cascade Light clone for a friend. Was very impressed with the taste but had little body due to the low alcohol. Will brew again with body brew and Cascade finishing hops and log another review. |
