Simply amazingDid it with 500gr DME+500 sugar with kit yeast. The outcome is superb, in my opinion much better than Guinness. |

like guiness foreign stout.i made 2 batch for me and 1 for my mate. 1st try was 1 kit + 1 kg hopped light dme. with s-33 yeast. taste like very yeasty. 2nd try was wit 0,5 kg hopped dme and half kg sugar. kit yeast plus dry hopping with mittelfruh and herbsbrucker hops. that became legend among of my friend. it was perfect. we did for my mate with half kg. dark dme and half of sugar. it was great too. tasted like more foreign stou i drank in singapore. i drank guiness draught too. foreign stout is way way better and this kit more fifmiliar with foreign stout. |

crowd favouritei was recommended this can by brewcraft sellers along with 1kg brewblend No. 25 stout booster, Goldings finishing hops 15 grams(4-6.5%). Steeped hops for 10 minutes before adding the steeped liguid and bag to brew.S.G 1040-F.G 1018 23 litres. Brew went like made at 18 -21c for 4 days before slowing and stopped after 8 days. i bulks primed it using 155 grams dextrose and made 30 longnecks. After two weeks i loved it and so did anyone who tried it- them wanting to take it home and share around. Will most definately do it again ASAP. |

MMmMm best stoutUsed kit with #74 brewcraft Irish Stout converter, along with 500gms of powdered corn syrup and Muntons Gold Yeast. Also only used 18 litres. After 2 weeks or less beer was better than guiness, with a strong and sharp stout flavour, smooth on the palate, and a pleasent after taste, only can have a few stubbies but still one of the best brews, definitely try this kit, it wont let you down! |

DeliciousFermented for 2 weeks with 1kg liquid malt extract, and a 'stout brew enhancer kit'. Bottled, let sit for 3 weeks, opened and thoroughly enjoyed! Will definately make this one again. |

A hint of toffeeStarted this one brewing early December, weather very, very hot so difficult to keep temperature down. Mostly brewed around 24 degrees Celsius. Used 1 kg of "stout mix" from Blue Mountains Brewing, a combination of Dark dried malt extract 500g, light dried malt extract 250 g, maltodextrin 250 g. Used the yeast from the can. Bottled after 14 days, primed with 6 gm dextrose per 740 ml bottle. After 4 months in bottle, foamed up a lot when opening, but taste was really good. After 6 months, excellent. Good creamy, long lasting head. Taste is rich, dark, with a hint of toffee. A wonderful brew. |

Reliable DropI have brewed this drop on a number of occasions following the directions stated. I've used a Brewiser Stout Combo and a little and kept the temp range between 18-25oC. On most occassions its ready to bottle after 7 days and is more than pallatable after a week and tops by 4. Over all a good drop to buy a little time for the others mature. |
