Malty AleCoopers sparkling ale forms the base of my stock ale. My Recipe 1 can Coopers Sparkling Ale 250g light DME 250g Dark LME 500G Dextrose Boil all for 20 minutes with 10G Pride of Ringwood hops strain into fermenter and make up to 18 Ltrs . Ferment with Safale S04 yeast. Rack into secondary after 5 days and dry hop with 5G hallertau hops. Leave in secondary and cold condition after 5 days for up to 3 weeks. Keg or bottle as normal Good clean drinking beer |
