Muntons Nut Brown AleMixed the Nut Brown ale as specified on instructions and used 1 kg of light malt extract. Put fermenter on heat pad. The brew started to turn over after 11 hours and bubble every 2 seconds for 48 hours. Kept constant temp of around 25 dgrees for 7 days. Used brow/raw sugar in the large 750ml glass bottles. Came out at treat, almost the best homebrew ever. |
