Strong and niceBrewed with malt extract instead of sugar to 11 litres. Left it in the fermenter for 2 weeks + 2 weeks cold crash with gelatine finings. After 2 months in the bottle this is a very nice beer. I am looking forward to tasting it in another 2 months. |
