Best By Far1 can of BLM, #15 brew booster(250g corn
syrup,250g Malt. 500g Dextrose). Added
500g L.D.M plus 1 brewiser hop
bag(12g)in 300ml of boiling water for 10
minutes and 2.7 ltr of boiling water(was
winter). Bottled after 9 days OG-1072,
FG-1014 alc 8.27%. This beer was head
and shoulders over anything i have
made..and was all drunk in 3 days ,
without being to heady..it bubbled its
head off in the glass for ever..seen
nothing like it..and the taste was like
a premium tassie beer..fantastic. |
