Awesome Beer!! I have made aprox 8 different Brewhouse kits and I have to say that this is my new favorite. About 3 weeks in the bottle and it is incredible. Just the right amount of hoppy bitterness, while being crisp & clean. Serve with a frosted mug.... YUM!! Aprox 1/4 cup extra sugar used for bottle conditioning. Will definitly be making more!!

Hoppy Good Made this brew twice now. I love the intense hoppy bitterness that this beer delivers. If you are a true "Hop Head", this is the beer for you.

Love this beer! I have made this kit 4 times. It always seems to get better every time I make it. Great summer beer as it is "light & refreshing". You can enjoy it with a lime, but I have found that it has a better taste without, more like a Sol mexican beer. Slight "skunky" smell like Corona that I heard can be hightend by leaving it in the sun for a day after being bottled. I put about a 1/4 cup more sugar in for bottle conditioning to make a true Cerveza.
