Excellent Lager

Brewed using the base recipe but with Saflager S-23 yeast. I fermented at 14C for just over two weeks and raised to 18C for the last couple of days. The result is an easy-drinking lager with honey notes and a pleasant biterness. It has only been in bottles for two weeks, so looking forward to see how it develops... assuming I don't drink it all first.
