Bavarian WheatGood Kit. made to 22L using the supplied Safale K-97 @ 18-20degC. 6 days in primary, 6 in secondary and 8 days in CC. from memory OG=1.043 and FG=1.010 Bits added to the kit included 200g of wheat DME, 25g fresh crushed coriander seeds and 100g of honey. 4 weeks in the bottle = refreshing weizen if a little tart! 6 weeks in bottle and the tartness is subsiding which is helping. All in all a great kit and i'll do it again. |
