Oatmeal StoutVey easy to make with al the hard work done. Added 6 litres of water to make 23l . Used Safale-s04 Yeast supplied , Rehydrated and then added for a very lively start. Temperature rose sharply had to cool down with ice and water. Racked after seven days then CC for seven days, Bulked Primed @4g per litre then Bottled .Tasted one and LOVED IT going to age the rest for 5 months then into it. But first impressions are Sensational |
