Good KitJust followed the instructions with this one to see how it turned out. Just bottled it and it looks really good. Colour was just right, head some estery characters and subtle spice. Can't wait to crack one open on a hot summer day. |

Wow!My first Wetpak. Instructions were easy to follow. Made it to recipe. Brewed nice and slow (its winter). Racked to 2nd for couple of days to clear. After only 6 weeks its an excellent brew. Nice Amber colour, excellent full taste. Very Very happy with this one - I've found a new favorite! |

Very niceBrewed this one about 18 months ago. My first wetpak. I was expecting a Hoegaarden thingy, but it turned out completely different. Didn't really taste that wheat-y to me, but still, it was a fantastic beer. Colour was a light amber, which slighlty darkened to a copper-red by 9 months. Entered into a 6 pack swap with other brewers and all enjoyed it. I'll do this one again sometime again. |
