so so...Fatih bu kit ile ilgili hakl?s?n. Fatih is right about the kit. Kit does not promise anything. Not malty, no dark beer notes like caramel or choc or coffee. it is just a beer. i used half kg light hopped dme and half kg table sugar. probably it needs 1,5 kg dark lme, maybe it would taste like proper dark beer. |

Bock BierMade with a muntons beer kit enhancer. Not sure what other reviews mean by the "smokey" flavours as this is the most tasteless berr I've made from a kit. Avoid at all costs. |

Favourite of friends and familyMy friends say never stop making this! I make it with 4 cups of common table sugar and no more. Warning! any more sugar will impart that cidery sour taste the beer kit brewing companies warn you about. If you need more alcohol buy the malt or corn sugar. Fermentation is about 5-6 days then straight to bottles to condition. It's really good in 10 days but you get that last 5% in 3 weeks time. |

WowFantastic! I've never brewed a bock before but this has turned out magnificent. Made with 600g DDME, 600g LDME, 100g Black malt, 50g Carapils, 30g Hersbrucker @20min and fermented in 21ltrs for 10 days with 12g S-33 yeast at 18c. It's come out full of roasty flavours with a great black colour and good head retention. It won't last in the keg for long. These Munton's kits are very good stuff! |
