Grumpy's WindjammmerMade with Grumpy's medium bittered malt extract and Saflager 34/70 yeast. Brewed at 10-12 degrees for 2 weeks. Racked and cold conditioned at 0-2 degrees for 6 weeks. Now been in botttle for 5 weeks. Lovely crystal clear pale golden colour with nice white head. Lovely crisp lager. |

Grumpys WINDJAMMERI have done 4 of this brew and all winners using Wyeast ALE yeast every time [the lager fridges were in use]1007, 1056 and 1332 with to my taste 1007 done at 18-20c the best. 6g/lt bulk prime. |

WOW !!!great stuff. beautiful, very pale yellow gold, crystal clear lager. good head, nice balance bittterness coming thru. fermented 3 wks saflager 34/70 yeast at 10c(racked to secondary after 2nd wk).after one stubby really hits the spot.brewed with coopers canadian blond. |

WindjammerWindjammer I lov it, for simple boil and extract it is great. Wyeast 1007 was the best yeast close next 1332,1056 Ok. Four so far all winners. |
