DiaboloTried a year old version brewed by a friend. Tastes true to style to me, actually like a Belgian beer, even if I did find it a bit sweet. But that's what Belgian beers are like .... I'm not a fan but I can't fault the kit, it does what it says on the tin, it makes beer that tastes like it's Belgian ! |

DiaboloHowzitgaun? this is a great homebrew! very like a commercial belgian beer. My FV was in use so i got an old plastic bucket that had cattle lick or something in it previously.. Sterilised it totally, threw this in with clingfilm over & a coupla holes stuck in it for the c02 & a big lid over that. bottled a week later 4 wks later have just sampled a bottle very smooth but can taste the atomic strength as well!! good Beer!! |

DiaboloEasy Kit £9.85 to produce 9L. Kit inclueds yeast and malt/hops extract. Basically its a just add water and 500g of sugar. Prefrebly belgian candi sugar white. It takes a few weeks to ferment then about 6 to 8 to mature . However I found the longer you leave it the better. Results were great, darker that the picture on the tin. Gravity put the alcohol at 8.5% not the 8% as listed. Very nice beer. Will brew again |
