1/2 tin of Coopers Dark Ale
1.5 kg tin of Morgans dark unhopped
liquid
50g black malted barley steeped
300g morgans dark in 2l water - add 15g
goldings hops boil 5 mins. Cool
slightly add grains. Top to 22 litres.
OG 1.035 Safale yeast. 18-20c.
Very dark, ok head, lovely beer. |
