its beer, its goodAdded CBE2, 40g crystal, 20g choc, 14g Hallertau pellets. Brewed with kit yeast for 10 days @ 20-26 degC. Well rounded, flavoursome beer after 4 weeks, colour clear golden-brown, lighter than I'd expected. Done same recipe previously using a cultured yeast from a Coopers Sparkling Ale and brewed 6 days @ 26-32 degC with similar pleasing results. |
