dex, 250g light malt brew improver, 250g
wheat malt brew improver, 12g hallertau
and done s-23.
Boiled all fermentables besides the kit
for 10 minutes, added hops five minutes
before flameout and mixed the kit at
flameout.
Water bathed and cooled to 20 degrees
then yeast was pitched.
Fermented for around 3 weeks and came
out with a beautiful crean crisp lager
at 5.3%, beer needs at least a month in
the bottle before drinking but only gets
better with age. Will definatley do
again.
