Just use the kit.I just used the kit and the yeast it came with. I brewed it with 1.5kg of dextrose and kept it at 23 Deg C for 6 days and kegged it. Force carbonated it and it turned out very well. |

Excellent summer beerI've done this kit at least 10 times. I usually use 1.4 kg of dextrose the kit yeast, polyclar and filter it. kegged and force carbonated. I haven't had a bad one yet and guest seem to like it. |

Don't over do the maltI used the kit and coopers dark malt, 500g DLM and 200g dextrose. Way too much! Turned out like ink with a muddy head and tasted like burnt rope and coffee. |
