excellent dropBrewed as per directions. Racked into secondary for a few days to clear before bottling. An excellent brew; great flavour. This is my 2nd wetpak; but these are definitely top of my list. Highly recommend it. |

Love it!This is easily the best of any kit beer I've brewed. I'm an APA fan and really enjoy drinking this, although to me it's not a real "session beer" (but to be fair I think that's the case for almost any APA). It's also a favourite amongst those of my mates that like more boutique beers rather than my tooheys skulling mates (way too flavourful for them!). |

Super DuperBrilliant drop. Made as per directions but with liquid yeast WLP001. Fermented at low to mid 20's. After 3 weeks it's clear that this is the best of the 12 beers I've brewed, typical APA with its flowery, citrus aroma and great hoppy taste. Cannot recommend highly enough. |

Rippa! As directed, but at too high temp due to heatwave and no spare fridge. Probably a bit light on the alc vol, but taste! My first partial and it leaves the k&k for dead! Only 1.5 weeks in bottle and it's clear and tastes better than anything. Gonna be hard to wait for it to get better. I had a favourite beer before I started homebrewing, now I've found my new favorite with this. |

Lovely beerBrewed up according to the directions, but added an additional 20g of cascade at the start of the boil and another 10g at 30min. Didn't bother racking. It tasted sensational after 6 weeks in the bottle and didn't last much longer than that. I can highly recommend the additional hops if you like a bitter beer. |

Hop heads uniteThe hoppy aroma really hits you with this one, citrus and flowery. This is a partial mash kit so you need to steep some grains and do a 60 minute boil. For me this was a good introduction to the whole process and helped me move up to AG. Simple to make really, the instructions are good. If you have only done normal kits before you'll be amazed at the amount of hops in the fermentor. Fermented at about 20 with Safale. I will make again for sure (my wife loved it too). |

TCB APAThis was my first attempt at a wetpak, great flavour, extremely drinkable. Just used Safale that comes with the kit, kept at a steady 18 deg C. Here are the details: 6: American Pale Ale TCB - wetpack american pale. Safale yeast. SG 1.045 FG 1.012 (4.9%). Racked for 2 weeks + 1 week CC. Kegged 12/02/05 Yes, yes only up to brew #6 |
