Highlands Heavy AleThis was easy to brew. Og of 65 ending gravity of 22. I brewed using 4 US gallons, and really enjoy the rich malt and bitter hop flavor. Probably too bitter for most, but if you enjoy a bitter ale you will love this. |

I found this to be very bitter, a little too bitter for my tastes. However, this mellows with time. A good winter brew. | |||

Nice heavy bitterJust did the standard kit with Scottish wyeast 1728 & dry hopped with 2 x fuggles plugs. A dark amber ale with a lovely rich flavour. It's highly bittered, so maybe too high for some, but I love this style. The aroma of the fuggles comes through beautifully & really compliments this ale |
