ExecellentJust a tremendously good kit really. Made up to 18 Litres, fermented at mid 20's for 9 days, bottled and was drinking well from the 6 week mark. Nutty, hints of caramel, lightly carbonated with a full bodied flavour. A bit expensive, but it's only money. |

On tap alwaysMAde with whitelabs british ale yeast. Fermented at 18c for 8 days. Made to 20L. A great beer with a lovely nuttiness to it. Could do with a little more body and perhaps a little more colour. This is one of my fav beers. highly recommended. make it to 19L or add some more malt. |
